Congratulations To The Mackinnon Construction Team For Their Win At Brands Indy! Next Race: Silverstone International Britcar 24hr     Championship Positions The Championship points have been updated following the Silverstone weekend and can be found here: Nigel Ainge is currently leading the Production S1 Drivers Championship with Kevin Clarke and Wayne Gibson in a joint second place. The Production S1 Supercup Championship is being lead by the Clark / Gibson BMW with Gary Whitehead's BMW second and the Fenns third in their Lotus . The Production S1 Touring Cup is being lead by Nigel Ainge with The Gannons second in their Honda and Owen Thomas and Ashley Woodman in third place in their Clio. The Ainge / Taylor Honda is leading the Overall Championship with the Clarke / Gibson BMW second and the Gannons just 1 point behind in third. The Watt / Wilson BMW is leading the Britcar Production Cup from the Lawson / Wilds BMW with the Groombridge / Ashford RX7 in third. In the Britcar GT Cup the Persson / Barrett / Shephard Porsche is leading from the Firman / Bell Porsche with the Flux /Riley Mosler in third. The Britcar Drivers Championship is being lead by Jan Persson with a four way tie for second between Adrian Watt, Chris Wilson, Ian Lawson and Mike Wilds but with Lawson and Wilds being the only ones of the top 5 to have not played their joker this could all change in a weekend. Vulcan Flypast At The 24 Hour Race  The recently restored Avro Vulcan XH558 will be performing a flypast at the 2008 Britcar Silverstone 24 Hour Race. The amount of work that has gone in to getting this beautiful flying machine back in the air is astounding and we feel sure you will agree that it will be fantastic to see it before what is sure to be another great race.
